Fort Collins, Colorado
Holly graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, With Distinction. Holly worked for a couple of years both as a licensed cosmetologist and as a middle school teacher.  She then attended Tulane Law School as a merit scholar. At Tulane Law School, Holly was the Public Relations Chair of the Law Women's Association and the Secretary of Tulane Child Advocates.  Holly participated in the Tulane Juvenile Law Clinic and represented children as a student attorney.  After graduating from Tulane, Holly moved back to North Carolina to practice law.

Holly began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender.  She carried a case load of misdemeanor criminal cases for over 250 clients.  In this position Holly was also honored to be the assigned Public Defender for the mental health court and the substance abuse court.  Holly enjoyed a great working relationship with the District Attorneys in the same jurisdiction.  In fact, a former District Attorney introduced Holly to her firm when Holly chose to go into private practice.  In private practice in North Carolina, Holly became the firm's sole family law attorney at that location.  Holly handled her first adoption case at this firm, leaving a lifelong impression and a love for adoption work.

Holly's next step in her career path was as a Social Services Attorney where she handled child support enforcement, child abuse and neglect, and adult abuse and neglect, including termination of parental rights actions and adult guardianship hearings.

Holly's experience has focused complex family dynamics, often dealing with domestic violence, mental health issues and substance abuse issues.  Holly recognizes how difficult and emotional major life changes can be to navigate and strives to help her clients through the process with compassion and integrity.

Holly moved to Fort Collins in 2014 and has found her home here.  She is a mother of an adorable little girl.  Holly is very involved with her synagogue, Congregation Har Shalom, here in Fort Collins.  Holly enjoys traveling, especially to anywhere warm and with a beach.    Holly has lived abroad in Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Italy and is proficient in Spanish.
